Associate Courtney Stillman, herself a former board of education member in her local district, co-authored an article for the September, 2011 IASB Journal entitled: "Five Steps to Better Boardroom Relations". Ms. Stillman will be presenting a session on how to effectively handle bullying and harassment complaints at the IASB/IASA/IASBO Joint Annual Conference on November 19, 2011.
